Waiting for Bently

All our bags are packed...were ready to go....just waiting on one stubborn little girl!

Ok, so technically I am not due until the 10th but my midwife has been telling me I won't make it that far. Last week I had a bit of a scare and went into the ER. Turns out I was just having a really bad day, was stressed out to the max and had my first ever panic attack that induced contractions. But after I calmed down so did the contractions. It's all a little embarrasing now but at least I got to find out that she is in position, I have started dialating and it should be soon. The only problem is we still can't say how soon is "soon." So I have been walking around for almost a week now in the starting throws of labor and I am so uncomfortable and just ready to meet this little dolly but she is very stubborn. In the meantime though we have been getting all ready for her. Our bags are packed and we have just been staring at all her tiny pink things and wishing we could hold her and play with her. We are so excited!

Her clothes are so small and fun. Even McCoy likes to get them out and mix and match the outfits for her. He is too funny. Thanks again to everyone who has been shopping for her and donating clothes! She is one spoiled little dolly now! We know we are so lucky to have such great friends and family!
This is her little space. Our bedroom has the perfect little nook off to the side where we put all her furniture. It will be so nice to have her in her own little space yet she will still be right next to us. :)

Ta-Da! Introducing the "Belly Table!" McCoy loves my huge belly and calls it the belly table or the belly shelf. He loves to try to balance things on it and just recently found out that he could balance himself on it. He thought this was hilarious! I have to admit it is pretty funny! :)

(No worries Grandma's and Grandpas. He doesn't weigh a thing and we don't do this often)

A Boy and His Pops!

McCoy could not be happier! We are all so happy to have Pops here in town! McCoy and his Pops have always shared a very special bond and I just love watching the two of them together, it is very heartwarming. So glad your here dad!

Today we went to the Lake Worth Street Painting Festival. It was pretty cool. Some amazing artitsts there. We had a good time just walking around and checking things out.

Gieco boy waiting patiently for lunch...

This guy was so amazing! I swear we watched for at least ten minutes and he never blinked! He did move his head and pinky a bit but it was crazy how slow and focused his movements were.

This is Mac Playing at the park before lunch, just hanging in some trees.

Don't know why this Storm Trooper was walking around today, he must have been so hot, but he sure made this little boys day!

All Tuckered out after yesterdays beach trip.

Testing the waters...

Teasing the waves...eventually they did catch him though :)

Look at there faces. This is when they first felt the water. It was COLD!

Happy as a clam....a boy and his Pops!

Saturday we went to the beach just to walk around and enjoy the scenery. We dipped our toes and quickly found out that the water was freezing. There was a couple of crazy folks trying to swim and after just a few minutes McCoy couldn't take it and decided to get in on the action. He never got fully in, but he had a blast chasing waves and getting splashed. He got knocked down once or twice but he loved every second of it. Then it was kite time. There wasn't much wind but it didn't take much to get the kite up in the air. It was a very relaxing day. Glade and I just sat on the beach and enjoyed it all.

He loves me, he loves me not, HE LOVES ME!

Tonight as I am tucking McCoy in bed he looks at me with his big beautiful brown adoring eyes and says,"Mom....I love you to the top of the moon and back!" Mind you as much I love to hear this, tonight was one of those nights where I was soo exhausted and I hate to even admit it, but I just couldn't wait for him to go to bed so I could have some quiet time. I thought he was just being sweet to get out of going to sleep. So I quickly responded with, "Thank you son. You know I love you too, to the top of the moon and back down to the bottom of the ocean. But now its time to go to sleep. Good night."

McCoy looked at me with that same look of adoration and quickly said, "NO Mom, I LOVE YOU...to the top of the moon of and back down to the bottom of the ocean and then even to Alaska! And who the heck knows where that is but its far away! AND I even love you to New Jersey and back!" Then he gave me a couple of quick neck squeezes and laid down and said, "Good night now, you can go."

Man I love that little stinker soooo much! My not so teeny but still tiny Big Boy! My heart is so full. It is just going to EXPLODE when Baby Bentley comes. I love her so much already too! I am so excited to be a mother of two. Twice the love, twice the hugs! (Twice the fights and cries too I know, but lets not ruin a good moment :) I have a heart full of Love! FACT!
